We believe that leadership development is critical for economic and social development in Africa. Our goal is to break the cycle of poverty and build strong, resilient communities and institutions led by competent and empowered leaders who can positively influence their teams to reach new heights.

We focus on supporting visionary and strategic leadership in all aspects of society through our leadership development program and seek to achieve this by building the individual and collective capacity of community leaders to excel, both professionally and personally. Our LeD program is research based and provides evidence-based advocacy tools that can empower leaders to tackle common leadership challenges.

Our activities include, but are not limited to:

1.Leadership development workshops, human rights and digital security trainings;

2.Youth development assessments, education and support; and
3.Storytelling, mentorship, collaborative problem solving and meaningful

engagement through art, music and media.
